July Appointment Scheduling

If you arrived here directly, please read our most recent blog post for the most up to date status and ways to shop!

If you have questions you’d like answered before booking an appointment please call us between 10am and 3pm Mon – Sat at 480-219-7225. You may also text 480-269-2453 or email info@thebicyclecellar.com

We are open for business, but the shop remains closed to the public. All business is by drop off and pick up outside our front doors and most payments will be email invoiced for online payment (cash only as last resort). We will only have in person conversations outside of the shop at a 6′ or greater social distance. We wear masks continuously at the shop, and ask that you do, too.

Bike sales are facilitated through phone/email/text pre-sale conversations and test ride appointments may only be set after you’ve discussed specific in stock bicycles with us.

Our online store is now live and open 24/7! Shop our catalog of over 10,000+ items from the comfort of your home!

It’s also possible for you to purchase a Surly from us for shipment anywhere in the continental USA!

Want to support us now and shop later? We have gift cards available!

Appointments take priority over walk-ups. Please do not book an appointment that you do not intend to keep.

To continue booking an appointment, please visit our Calendly Appointment Page.

Why are we closed to the public? Data. Positive test results. Exponential increases. In early June we were adding over 1,000 positive cases per day, we are quadrupling that here in July. A new record was set on July 1, with 4,878 positives. On June 4th we were at 22,753 cases statewide. Since June 4th we’ve added 71,800 positive cases for a total of 94,553. An increase of 316%.

We cannot take the risk of someone positive entering the store. It has come to light that some businesses are failing to be transparent and employees are rightfully outing the businesses for various transgressions. You can follow a new Twitter account that tracks our metro area: https://twitter.com/PHXCovidTracker. News reports from June 13th are showing that tens of businesses have been exposed and are temporarily closing. You may read that article here: https://www.abc15.com/entertainment/events/phoenix-area-restaurants-are-closing-again-citing-covid-19-exposures For the economic security of the shop and our employees, employee health and community health, we can not open the store to the public.
