The shop remains closed to the public. All business is by drop off and pick up outside our front doors and all payments will be email invoiced for online payment (cash only as last resort). We will only have in person conversations outside of the shop at a 6′ or greater social distance. We wear masks, and based on the results of this research study, you should probably wear one too.
Bike sales are facilitated through phone/email/text pre-sale conversations and in store appointments may only be set after you’ve discussed specific in stock bicycles with us.

The sale and shipment of Surly bikes to anywhere in the Continental USA is permitted through June 30th. We also have gift cards available!
Appointments take priority over walk-ups. Please do not book an appointment that you do not intend to keep.

Why are we closed to the public? Data. Positive test results. The percent of positives of total tests has DOUBLED from 6% as of May 17th, to 12% as of May 31st. We’re adding over 1,000 positive cases per day. A new record was set on June 12, 1,654 new positive cases.
We also cannot take the risk of someone positive entering the store. News reports from June 13th are showing that tens of businesses have been exposed and are temporarily closing.
